I went to two different counselors through my divorce,
and another to heal a damaged relationship with my mother. In all that wasted time, and all
that wasted money, I was never given one tool I could use in my life to improve things.
Cyndi had me using new tools after our first session, that dramatically improved my life and
my relationships. Each session I learn more about myself, what I am capable of, and the tools
to keep growing in a positive way.
Knowing that there is something I am meant to do on this earth, but unable to figure out my purpose, has been
a haunting, repeating thought in my mind. That thought was pervasive. It affected my every relationship.
I would tell myself, “you are not smart enough, good enough, you do not have enough experience for that”.
With my coaching sessions with Cyndi, I was able to figure out what I’ve always wanted to do with my life,
what steps I need to take to overcome my fears and excuses, and keep moving forward to reach my life’s purpose.
Cyndi guided me to discover those things that I had buried among my incessant negative self-thoughts, excuses,
and comfort zones. I am risking, and I feel confident that I am growing and expanding myself with each one.
In using the tools that Cyndi has taught me, I have been able to communicate much better with my teenage children.
I know they feel that I understand and I am listening. The tools have changed the dynamics of my family.
My daughter called me three times last week from college to talk. She talked for 2 hours the first time,
and then even called back two more times later in the week. I could tell how excited she was to finally have
a mother who was listening, not interrupting, and not telling her what to do. Wow! How wonderful it is to
have the open line of communication. The same changes have taken place with my 15-year old son. He brought
me flowers for the first time in his life, and there was no occasion! That is a dramatic change in my
relationship with my kids. All I can say is thank you Cyndi, and thank you Rhonda Britten for your
compassion and knowledge of the human spirit, and teaching me the tools to be me!
